If you are interested in any of the jobs listed on our Vacancies page, you will need to complete our application form which you will find a link for under each vacancy listed.

You can also request an application pack by contacting our Recruitment Hotline on 0121 212 8695 or emailing us at jobs@fch.org.uk.

Please remember to include the job reference number (located at the right hand side of the jobs title).

Please note that CV's will not be accepted.  All applications must be submitted by 4pm on the closing date.
