Where You Live

Friendship Care and Housing want people to live in safe communities where there is respect and consideration for other people.

Please think about your actions and how they may affect your neighbours.

If you are planning on acting in a way that may impact on your neighbours speak with them first and inform them of how it may affect them and agree alternatives if appropriate.

Consider your neighbours when listening to loud music or the volume of your television, reduce the volume at night and co-operate if your neighbours ask you to turn your music or television down.

Look after your dog and stop it from barking or being left in the garden unaccompanied.

Be tolerant of different lifestyles and how other people live.

Do not use threatening behaviour or abuse towards anyone where you live.

Refer to your conditions of tenancy if you are not clear about your obligations to Friendship as your landlord in relation to your neighbours.
