Report a Repair

We are responsible for maintaining the structure and components in our properties in good repair. Sometimes thing go wrong and break down or fail; when this happens we provide a responsive repairs service to fix these.

This service is provided by three contractors with whom we work with closely to deliver a customer focused, value for money service.

The easiest way to report a repair is by telephone. Our staff will discuss the repair with you, advise how long it will take to carry out the repair and even offer you an appointment if needed for the repair to be completed.

Please note: Our repairs service is not responsible for things like internal decoration, lost keys, replacing light bulbs, pest control or damage caused by you, your family or visitors.

If your request relates to a major repair, this may be held and the repair carried out as part of a programme of works to reduce the costs of the repair and to deliver a more efficient repairs service.
