Service Charges

Service charges are for services to our tenants and leaseholders depending on where you live and the services that we provide, Friendship Care and Housing could charge for communal cleaning and lighting, looking after grounds where you live, repairs to communal areas, buildings insurance and a small amount for our management cost in administering these charges.
