Direct Debit

This is our preferred method of payment and we recommend that you pay your rent in this way as it is automatic.  Weekly, fortnightly or monthly payment can be made straight from your bank account. You can download the form here. Print off the form, complete and send it to one of our offices.

It is a secure way to pay as the direct debit guarantee protects your payments. If you pay by direct debit all of your payments are covered by a guarantee. This guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that take part in the Direct Debit scheme. The efficiency and security of the scheme is monitored by the banks and building societies.
