Paying Your Rent

It is very important that you keep up to date with your rent. Missing payments will cause you problems and may in extreme cases even lead to court action (which includes court costs which are additional to your debt) and the loss of your home. The vast majority of our tenants pay their rent (and service charges) promptly. If you are having difficulties paying please do speak with us straight away.

Your home is at risk if you fall behind with your rent payments. We are committed to helping you stay in your home and in dealing with any money and debt problems.

If you are having difficulties in paying your rent please contact us straight away. We can help you to mange your arrears and come up with a payment plan to clear any money you owe to us.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent. There are a number of ways that you can make a payment.
