Our Service Standards
Our service standards set out our promises – that is, the
minimum our customers can expect from us. Each one
deals with a particular part of our service and has been approved
by our Key Customer Panel.
They currently include:
- Before you move into your new home;
- Home visits;
- Estates management;
- When we collect your rent;
- Equality and Diversity;
- Care and Support;
- Involvment and information;
- Ground Maintenance;
- Cleaning
- Repairs Service;
- Dealing with anti social behaviour; and
- When you make a complaint.

We review our Service Standards annually to see where we can
improve and will add new ones to ensure that all of our business is
covered.
