If you are not one of our tenants you will need to be registered with the council to be considered for a Friendship property. In those areas that operate a Choice Based Lettings scheme you will need to be registered with the scheme to bid for a new home from us.

If you are already a Friendship Care and Housing tenant wanting to move you will need to complete a transfer form. It is also advisable to join the council’s waiting list as well.
