Housing Options

We provide housing to people in partnership with local councils. Although our waiting list is closed you can still join the council’s waiting list or housing register. In some areas Choice Based Lettings operate and this is where you can bid for properties that are available rather than waiting to be put forward for a property from the council or from us.

If you are a friendship tenant wanting to move home we operate our own transfer list. You will need to tell us if you would like to move to another property with us.

Before an offer of accommodation is made we will contact you and ask you questions to make sure that any offer we make will be suitable for your needs.
