Working together in Partnership with Beechdale

During the summer, Friendship successfully bid to form a new partnership with Beechdale Community Housing Association.

Beechdale is a community of some 1200 homes north of Walsall. We believe that this proposed partnership will bring considerable benefits to Friendship’s existing customers. We will be able to share costs and resources and importantly, we will be able to draw on Beechdale’s considerable experience and expertise in estates management.

In return, we believe Beechdale will benefit from Friendship and our parent company Longhurst Group. In particular our experience in development and our shared central services will help us create ‘A Better Beechdale’ and a better Friendship together.

This is your opportunity to comment before any final arrangements are put into place. The consultation period will last for six weeks, ending on 13th December 2010.
