Annual Customer Conference
2008
In September 2008 we held our first Key
Customer Conference event at the request of our customers. The
event celebrated the successes of customer involvement in the first
few years of our Key Customer Scheme. We had speakers from TPAS
(Tenant Participatory Advisory Committee) and tackled topics such
as the benefits of getting involved in our workshop ‘So what? Why
get involved?’ Another workshop tackled confidence building to help
show our customers that they did not need experience or
qualifications to be able to get involved. Our first event
was a huge success with over 180 of our customers giving up their
time to attend.
