Annual Customer Conference 

Over 400 customers attended our most recent event which took place on Thursday 29th September 2011 at The New Bingley Hall, Birmingham. The day delivered on its promise, to provide a fun filled day and to find out more about Friendship. It included entertainment from The F ‘n’ B Rock Chicks, workshops led by our Neighbourhood, Financial Inclusion and Care Service teams. Back by popular demand, we also had a well-being room for our customers to receive free massages, nail painting as well as mendi hand painting.
