Get Involved!

Hello, my name is Victoria Leonard and I am
your Customer Relations Manager at Friendship Care and
Housing. I’m here to ensure that we are informing, consulting
and involving our customers as best we can to help improve our
services.
To do this, Friendship’s Key Customer Scheme
was set up in summer 2006 to encourage people to get involved. We
want our customers to tell us how they feel about the service we
provide and encourage them to actively give us their unique
perspectives on our services and the decisions we make. Any one of
our customers can ask to get involved in a way that suits them
best. You can even get involved from the comfort of your own home
by taking part in postal or telephone surveys. Or you can join our
staff and customer project groups or become a Key Customer Panel
member or even join our Board of Management.
There is a host of ways for you to get
involved with Friendship. Click here to view the
main Involvement Activity List. (Word

Friendhsip's new Tenant Inspector Scheme,
known as Friendship Accredited Standards Assessors or F.A.S.A.
(named by our Key Customers) has gained momentum. Customers
who expressed an interest were given three day training, including
site visits. The FASAs are currently looking at our Empty
Property Standard.
We try to make it as easy as possible for our
customers to get involved. To do this we vary the times and days
that we hold meetings, provide free transport and reimburse
registered care costs. For Key Customer Scheme activities we
also offer 'High Street Vouchers' for attending meetings. Key
Customers are also eligible to attend relevant free training
sessions and seminars to help them in their role.
Our Customer Involment Policy has recently been approved by our
Key Customer Panel members. To view our policy, please click
