TSA - National Conversation

Most of you will be aware that there has been a big change in the housing industry recently.  The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is the new regulator overseeing housing associations who took over from the Housing Corporation in December 2008. Find out more.

The TSA wants to develop a new set of standards for social landlords with the aim of ensuring all tenants receive excellent service.  To help with this, they have asked housing associations to get their  tenants involved in Local and National Conversations.    Havelok have recently held two 'conversations' one at the Quanbeck Centre and the other at Hamshaw House with very positive feedback.
