Neil Ashford - Asset Manager

Hi, I’m Neil and I am joining the asset management team at Friendship at a really exciting time. I’m looking forward to playing a part in developing the new services and contracts.

During the past 10 years I worked as a consultant quantity surveyor.  Friendship has been one of my clients, so I have already gained a good working knowledge of the business.   I also managed maintenance contracts for a large midlands based contractor for various housing association clients.

My 20 years in and around the housing sector has given me a wide knowledge of asset management and I can now use these skills to Friendship’s benefit.
