John Broadhurst - Head of Property Services

Hello, my name is John and I have been working at Friendship for nearly two years, but my career in social housing started back in 1972.  I come from a trade background and have worked directly with customers and housing for nearly 40 years.

Since joining Friendship there have been many changes and I have played a part in developing new services and contracts. 

I am committed to involving customers in all areas of the maintenance service and have been working with a large number of you recently to secure new contracts for the delivery of all our services from 2011.

The process has been part of the Central Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC).  The past 12 months has been extremely rewarding.   Together we have been selecting, interviewing and challenging contractors before making our final selection of those wishing to provide our repairs service.

I would like to say a very big thank you to everyone who has been involved and I very much look forward to working with you all again in the future.
