How repairs are prioritised

Priority to repairs is considered given our customer’s level of need or their vulnerability

Emergency repair (are carried out within 24 hours)
examples:

  • no electric
  • no cold water
  • heating failure in wintertime
  • major leaks (eg: gas or water)

Urgent repairs (are carried out within 7 days)
examples:

  • no hot water
  • heating failure in summertime
  • waste leaks and blockages
  • toilet not flushing
  • partial electrical failure
  • re-glazing

Routine repairs (are carried out within 28 days)
