Priority to repairs is considered given our
customer’s level of need or their vulnerability
Emergency repair (are carried out
within 24 hours)
examples:
- no electric
- no cold water
- heating failure in wintertime
- major leaks (eg: gas or water)
Urgent repairs (are carried out within 7
days)
examples:
- no hot water
- heating failure in summertime
- waste leaks and blockages
- toilet not flushing
- partial electrical failure
- re-glazing
Routine repairs (are carried out
within 28 days)
