The property services team is Friendship’s in-house ‘technical arm’ and responsible for managing the maintenance and improvement to housing stock.

Asset Management Explained
We spend a lot of time and money keeping our homes in good repair. Last year we developed a comprehensive asset management strategy which set out exactly how we do this.
Asset Management is a business planning approach to make sure our housing stock is used and maintained properly.
The job of the asset management team is to make sure Friendship’s properties are places and homes where you would like to live. This also helps towards providing sustainable communities.
