Anti Social Behaviour

You have the right to enjoy your home. Friendship Care and Housing will work with individuals and communities to resolve issues and to address behaviour that affects other people.

We may work with the local council’s Environmental Health Officer if the problem relates to noise or rubbish. If there is a statutory nuisance the council may take action. We also reserve the right to follow up on this action with our own legal proceedings.

Friendship Care and Housing is signed up to the governments Respect Standard which is a commitment to tackling anti social behaviour.

If you are experiencing problems where you live please Contact Us. We will ask you to keep a record of what is happening. We will also discuss with you that you are recording the right things that will help us deal with the problem with you.
