We are responsible for maintaining the structure and components in our properties in good repair. Sometimes things go wrong and break down or fail; when this happens we provide a responsive repairs service to fix these.
Lakers Building Management Solutions Limited provide our day to day repairs service for both the West and East Midlands. We work closely with Lakers to make sure we deliver a customer focused service and value for money.
The easiest way to report a repair is by telephone. Our staff will discuss the repair with you, advise how long it will take to carry out the repair and even offer you an appointment if needed for the repair to be completed.

Please note: Our repairs service is not responsible for things like internal decoration, lost keys, replacing light bulbs, pest control or damage caused by you, your family or visitors.
If your request relates to a major repair, this may be held and the repair carried out as part of a programme of works to reduce the costs of the repair and to deliver a more efficient repairs service.
