Neighbourhood Services

Friendship’s new neighbourhood team will be out and about more working within your communities and neighbourhoods:

• offering a much wider and improved range of housing management services
  
• talking with customers to ensure Friendship’s service delivery is influenced and shaped by you
  
• customers will have more opportunities to get involved in the management of their homes and neighbourhoods
  
• our new neighbourhood impact assistants will be out and about to deal with low levels of anti-social behaviour, provide information, advice and guidance on local services whilst providing a minor repairs service
  
• working with stakeholders and other agencies (eg: other landlords, the Police) to effectively prevent and manage antisocial behaviour in our neighbourhoods
