Paying Your Rent
Your rent is charged every Monday and should be
paid every week in advance.
It is very important that you keep up
to date with your rent.
Most of our tenants pay their rent and service
charges on time.
Missing payments will cause you problems and
may in extreme cases even lead to court action. This
means you will have to pay court costs which are additional to your
debt and the loss of your home. If you are having
difficulties paying, please contact
us straight away.
If you get behind with your payments your account
will be ‘in arrears’. Your home is at risk if you
fall behind with your rent payments. We are committed to
helping you stay in your home and in dealing with any money and
debt problems.
We will write to you about your annual rent change at least 4
weeks before we make the change.
