Our improved Income and Financial Inclusion Team deals with income collection (eg: rent and service charges) and additionally, will support customers who have money or debt problems.

It is important that concerns over money are dealt with straight away and our dedicated team of experienced advisors, are on hand to help and support customers to:        

• access a range of financial products and services
• access more affordable gas and electric
• manage their money better and take control of their finances
• dealing with their debts
• claim benefits
• access affordable credit ie: credit unions – provide a cheaper alternative to borrowing from doorstep lenders or some high street shops.
