Our Service Standards

Our service standards set out our promises – that is, the minimum our customers can expect from us. Each one deals with a particular part of our service and has been approved by our Key Customer Panel.

They currently include:

  • Before you move into your new home;
  • Home visits;
  • Estates management;
  • When we collect your rent;
  • Equality and Diversity;
  • Care and Support;
  • Involvment and information;
  • Ground Maintenance;
  • Cleaning
  • Repairs Service;
  • Dealing with anti social behaviour; and
  • When you make a complaint.

We review our Service Standards annually to see where we can improve and will add new ones to ensure that all of our business is covered.
