Registered Care Services

We have 11 care homes registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) which inspects them regularly.  Each home is run by a dedicated skilled team of a Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, Support Workers and Day Opportunities Workers.  They are trained to deliver a high level of practical care and support that promotes dignity, respect and independence. 

Our registered care homes support three client groups:

• learning disabilities;
• mental health; and
• older people. 

A large part of the support involves listening to people.  We then act on what they say about how they wish to live their lives and take steps to enable them to do as much as they can for themselves.  We use person-centered planning, which focuses on individual needs and preferences, varying levels of personal care is given dependant on individual need.
