Beechdale Community Housing

Beechdale Community Housing (in partnership with Friendship Care and Housing) is a close-knit community based on one large estate, in Walsall with 1245 homes.

The former BCHA (Beechdale Community Housing Association) was formed in 1996 as a partial stock transfer from Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council.  In April 2011 the new partnership with Friendship was formed.

What is Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)?

Here are some examples:

  • noise nuisance
  • verbal and physical abuse/violence
  • vandalism
  • drug use or misuse
  • intimidation and harassment
  • nuisance from running a business
  • nuisance from uncontrolled pets
  • nuisance from vehicles
  • misuse of communal areas
  • non maintenance of gardens
  • dumping of rubbish/ fly tipping.

We take complaints of ASB very seriously and always aim to deal with them promptly and in confidence.

We need your help… to tackle ASB in our community, we need everyone’s support.   Make sure you report incidents to us or the police officers out on patrol in Beechdale
