Chair

Rosie is the chair of Friendship Care and Housing and their nominated       representative to serve on the Longhurst Group board.

She has worked as a social work practitioner and held a range of senior management roles within the public and voluntary sector. Rosie has presented at national and international conferences and published on social exclusion, advocacy, locality NHS management and inequalities.

Rosie holds an MA in human resource management and industrial relations.   She is a qualified workplace mediator and external supervisor - conflict resolution for MSC programme WMG University of Warwick.

She was a founder member and chair of a not-for-profit community business and several charities for people with mental health problems, people with learning disabilities and disabled children.

Rosie has chaired Friendship since 2000 and also chairs the equalities and diversities committee.
