Board of Management

Whilst Friendship employs full time managers to oversee the day to day operations, we are ultimately governed by our Board of Management.  The members of the Board bring many different skills and backgrounds.  These include people with expertise in housing or care from a variety of cultural perspectives.  In the case of those Board Members who are also Friendship tenants they give us an invaluable customer viewpoint.

The Board has ultimate responsibility for Friendship. It decides our overall strategy, reviews and monitors our performance, and takes all major decisions.  We invite applications to join our Board from all sectors of society.  The term of office is three years and there are around 5 meetings per year.  Full training is provided for new Members.
